"We had a great 6 week stay at this practical spacious villa. Inside the beds are comfortable, the showers are good and the kitchen is well equipped. Outside is a great space with lots of various seating areas (shade & sunny) & a lovely large pool and an outside fridge. The sun is on the pool from around 8-3pm then for the sun lovers you can sit around the front for an extra hour or two. We had a car, which I would highly recommend as aiya Napa, Pernera, protaras & Kapparis are well worth a visit and all have fab restaurants- However, there is a bus stop at the end of the road that will take you to these resorts. Locally there are a couple of restaurants within walking distance but the better ones are further afield. This is a great villa for a lovely family holiday and the owner was always prompt with any questions and resolving issues- we were all delighted with our stay."

"We had a wonderful stay at Andreas Villa. We were greeted after a late flight in the early hours of the morning by Andreas, which was a very kind gesture as this made the whole process smoother when we were all tired from the journey. The villa was exactly as advertised and also included a substantial welcome pack which contained some items that I had requested at no extra charge. Andreas clearly values his villa and his guests and does his best to make sure his guests have a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The villa itself was very spacious and had a lovely homely feel to it compared to other villas we've stayed at before. It was fully equipped with everything you could possibly need and more! The amenities provided included, an iron, a hair dryer, a very popular toasted sandwich maker and we even found some big binoculars so you could have a closer look at all the birds that frequent the garden while you're sitting on the patio. If you're an early riser you can see the sunrise in the morning sitting on the patio with your first cup of tea of the day. The pool was very clean and was maintained while we were there. It was lovely to be in and was enjoyed frequently by all five of us. I would say that we could've spent another month at this villa and still not have seen all that we wanted too. We loved our stay here and celebrated my 50th birthday in Cyprus. We were so pleased we chose this villa and would go back in a heart beat. Thank you Andreas"

"Excellent really enjoyed staying at this property. The outside area was really lovely and we spent a lot of time there. Villa itself had everything we needed, beds really comfortable and facilities great. Good location I would recommend hiring a car or some form of transportation if you need centre of Ayia Napa but bus service is good as well. Beaches close by."

"The property it’s self is really nice and in good condition Gordon and Svetla are really excellent hosts and they helped us through the booking experience, I would definitely come again and also recommend others come."
