"Huge villa that has everything you need.Especially the stepped down pool that allows the younger kids to play in fairly shallow water and then a slope into the deep end. It was perfect for all of us.It’s a 2 minute walk to the beach and beach bar which has great food and excellent viewsThe bus stop is at the end of the alley exiting from the back of the villa which is a 10min ride away from Ayia Napa.This villa is in a fantastic location and is very modern. I would even go as far as saying the pictures do not do it justice. Fantastic hosts with lots of communication before we arrived with plenty of good advice that really helped us.Overall an Amazing Villa and a fantastic holiday."

"This villa is everything it claims to be. The view is incredible and the villa and particularly the garden has been designed to maximise your enjoyment of it. It has everything you need. The very nice beach is a short walk away however the little coves opposite the villa are more lovely than the beach when you fancy a sea swim. Shallow and warm. The local supermarket is approximately 150 - 200 metres on a flat quiet clean street. It has everything you need and the attached cafe and restaurant serves a nice coffee and a good meal. The owners and local manager are lovely and supportive. If you like the look of this villa then the reality will exceed your expectations. "

"Pros: Pros: Good value and really clean with ample amenities, comfy beds, definitely a family with kids place. Cons: Reception lady mostly on duty seems really miserable. We had a 1 bed suite (493) the bedroom curtains were not lined so from 4:30am/sunrise and all day the room was so bright like being on the beach and scorching hot so made sleeping really hard. Would also recommend bringing own towels as they are thin & very hard."

"You will not be disappointed with this Villa . The villa itself has everything you need and more. The outside pool area is amazing, huge pool ,outside fridge, plenty of seating areas so you can choose to sit in the sun or shade. Excellent communication with the hosts , Lovely lady Wendy the Manager called in to see us to check we had everything we needed and not forgetting the pool man , a really nice and friendly guy . I have already recommended this villa to family who are looking for somewhere to stay next year. We were more than happy with our stay and will look to return again "
