"Lovely room with upgrade"

"Room was really clean, recently renovated and felt fresh. The staff were excellent—polite, helpful and always happy to go the extra mile. Small touches like waiters offering to carry drinks to your table made a difference. The entertainment team were fun and engaging for both kids and adults. Raj the doorman deserves a special mention—he’s hilarious and brilliant with children. Even though we didn’t travel with younger kids, it’s clear this hotel is very family-friendly. There’s loads to do, including outdoor play areas, indoor soft play and kids clubs that always looked full of energy. Older kids are well catered for too with two games areas (pool tables, bowling, air hockey, shuffleboard), plus mini golf and an outdoor football pitch. The water slides suit all ages, with both smaller and bigger ones. The pool was very clean and, despite it being April, it was warm enough to properly enjoy. Some areas are around 140cm deep, which made it more fun for older kids. The allocated sun loungers were a big plus—no rushing to reserve beds, just choose where you want if it’s available. Food was really good with a nice variety. The pizzas were a highlight—freshly made and honestly some of the best we had. The buffet area can get a bit busy as it’s not huge, but going at the right times solves that. We also booked the Greek restaurant included with the stay, which was lovely. Location-wise, it’s ideal—about a 2 minute walk to the main strip and 5 minutes to beach. "

"Staff were very helpful, kind and courteous. Food was very good, breakfast was plentiful with a wide range to choose from, dinner was themed, we ate at an Asian buffet and all dishes were very good and tasty."

"Yes room was very clean,we asked not to clean a few times as wanted longer rest ,the days we forgot to put sign for cleaning they did anyway.only fault was the mattress was a little soft and lukmpy but was bigger enough to gett over that seeing was end of season but everything else food etc was great value for the price. "

"Loved my stay. Hotel was amazing with brilliantly helpful staff. Accommodation was as advertised so immediately we could enjoy the holiday. We chose half board. Breakfast was a feast with so many options. Nothing too difficult. So many choices of restaurants included in the dinner options. Safe main road with plenty of shops, restaurants, fast food and bars. At back of the hotel was a promenade with amazing sea views and an alternative if you want to avoid the main road. Hotel loungers are assigned for the duration of stay so no arguing over loungers. "

"The apartments are in a fantastic location, close to the beach and the night life! Ideal. The staff are super friendly and willing to help in any way they possibly can. The apartments just look tired. The first time we stayed here it was 1989 and the apartments were brand new and blew us away. Amazingly presented and furnished. Now, it's clear work is slowly being completed. Kitchens and bedroom reaching a reasonable standard. The bathrooms are desperate for a total revamp. I'm sure they're the same as 1989! While work waits to be done, safety needs to be addressed. Getting out of the shower/ bath needs a grab rail urgently. This is an accident waiting to happen. The pool is a nice area. The old deck chairs need binning though, they are an eye sore! Overall, the holiday was very enjoyable."
