"Staff were very helpful and friendly, especially the team at Josiah's Brasserie. Sofa beds in the family room were not particularly great for older children. If we were to return we would elect for interconnecting rooms instead of a family room. "

My son won an award at his football presentation and the staff at the hotel upgraded us to a bigger room and gave him a free drink and a snack. The barman also gave me a free drink too.
