"Lovely stay, feeling very relaxed. Room was very clean and comfy. Could do with a some uk plug sockets near the bedside tables. The sockets there were not usable. There were other sockets available, but not many. Breakfast was good, dinner was amazing!! Access to the indoor pool, sauna and steam room was perfect for relaxing. "

"Great location for Alton Towers. Clean, freshly refurbished and an excellent breakfast. Single beds in the Twin we stayed in were 2'6" beds (3' would be nicer) but perfectly comfortable. Electric shower was new and bathroom spotless. Would be nice if the shower was pumped so had more pressure but this is just me being picky. We will definitely stay here again."

"Very early days for this establishment. Very friendly and pleasant staff, who really try to please. Great curry on our first night, however very limited choice for our non-curry lover, so had to find alternative dining options. We found that the Windmill was lovely, and only a couple of miles down the road! Somewhere to hang your clothes in the rooms would be useful. Great, large, hot shower. Breakfast each morning set us up for the day. It will be a lovely place once the teething problems have been resolved. Would revisit."

"So i suppose the price for a night isnt bad, but when youre expecting a whole apartment aslisted and there are others there, its not so great. Stood outside door for 20mins. Not easy to get key via access code( no email before) 2 towels for 3 people, 1 was damp, 1 had a brown 'stain' on it. Bedding old and worn. Headboards dubiously stained!!!!"
