"The staff is the best out of all the local hotels, motels, and inns, they treat u like a human being the rooms are clean spacious and have xtra furniture"

"The Night Shift Manager was trying to throw me in jail for having an EBike and visitors to a hotel room??? He was obviously on something as he looked like Baby Hitler..Kinda acted like him also.."

"Dishonest people . Stay away."

"One night stay, decent 7/10"

"The hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming! The hotel itself was very clean and well maintained. The room I stayed in was quiet, comfortable and spacious as well. The complimentary breakfast was absolutely delicious! 10/10 would stay again."

"We stay here for all our Disney trips. Clean, and the rooms have a full kitchen. Breakfast buffet is good! This last stay, our AC wasn’t working so we were moved to a new room. The night manager Albert was amazing, he accommodated our family and made the room switch super easy. Definitely five stars for customer service alone!"

"Clean room - Helpful staff - Breakfast was great especially the waffles"

"Our room was great but my daughter’s family room had bugs near shower and they came to clean it out but the spray didn’t clear the situation. They ended up changing rooms. Happy hour is nice but nothing there on Sunday."

"Hotel is fine, the distance to Disney though is no joke. While you may be able to make the walk it takes atleast 29 mins if your in good shape and speed walking. You definitely need the shuttle."

"Amenities were great"
