"Super quiet! I spent Thursday, 10/30/25, in room 209. As I walked to my room, some rooms had 2-3 people in them talking, so I was worried about going to sleep, but when I went in my room around 9:30 p.m., everyone got quiet! I slept great. No road noise, of course. I unplugged the fridge and turned off the air. The carpet had maybe two small stains, but I didn't care. Nice looking room with a ktchen area. I'd stay here again. Nice guy checked me in and had perfect words of direction. Breakfast is "grab-and-go" but just hot water plus either oatmeal or tea, plus coffee, but that was ok."

"The kitchen was fully stocked and met all our cooking needs. Ice maker not hooked up only 2 ice trays.Perfect location for Ballon Fest. early morning coffee and evening ballon glow and fire works."

"Could not be happier — view of balloon park and mountain — quiet safe area - property situated in such a way that although neighbors are close you have pretty much complete privacy —- with wide open sky —- pool / hot-tub and throughout the house everything you need // very clean. — and to top it off shopping is just 10 minutes away ! A perfect vacation. "

"The casita is very clean. Bathroom and shower very nice. In a quiet upscale neighborhood. Entry into casita is beautiful! Water feature and landscaping as you walk in is beautiful. Easy entry because homeowner gives you an easy to remember code. Close to restaurants and tons of retail shopping. We stayed to go to balloon fiesta and it was easy to get to Intel park and ride. Host always answered any questions we had quickly . We brought a small dog. If traveling with a dog, please note, this neighborhood is xeroscaped so you'll find a nice dog park on Chantilly street. There's another park at the bottom of the hill, but the dog park is nicer. Nice refrigerator, microwave, air fryer, two burner hot plate and plates and utensils, but we only used the microwave. Would definitely recommend. "

"The Volcano Cliffs home was just what we were looking for during our stay for the balloon fiesta. The home was very clean, beautiful, and roomy, with all the amenities we needed. The view from the rooftop was breathtaking and seeing the balloons from the balloon field and even those lifting off near us. left us awestruck. The location of the house to the balloon field was a 15-minute drive and straight shot down Paseo del Norte. The communication with Alvino and his wife was seamless and very helpful. We would stay again and definitely recommend staying at their beautiful home in the future. "
