The Clyde Hotel

"The amenities and location made this hotel a very good stay. The restaurant in the lobby, Carries, was affordable and pretty good food with great service. The coffee downstairs was also pretty good (coming from someone who roasts specialty coffee), and we loved having the 1922 bar, which always had people in it. The pool and hot tub were also great and free water bottles throughout the hotel too. The only thing that didn’t wow me was the room itself. It was a good size but felt a little overlooked. Only one nightstand for two beds, no hairdryer, no microwave. The duvet could’ve used a real cover too instead of being between some sheets. I’d stay here again though cause it did feel really nice and the staff were top notch. Great customer service, very helpful whenever I wanted them!"

"It was a, cute space. The kitchen was a little tight, with 4 people, but it had everything we needed. My only disappointment was the queen size bed was a full. The location was incredible, right next to old town and easy on and off to I-40 and close to I-25. We were on the second floor and I knew that going in, we are all in our 60’s. The stairs kicked our rears. I would stay there again but definitely on the first floor. Taryn was fast with communication throughout the whole process. Balloon week was incredible! It was my 12th time, it never disappoints. We even managed a trip to Santa Fe and went to Meow Wolf, you have to see it to believe it. Took a day trip to Jemez mountains, went to the Pueblo ruins and Giggling Hot Springs and soaked in the mineral waters. Spence hot springs is a 1/4 mile easy hike to get to it. Albuquerque has so much to offer, the Sandia Tram is spectacular! Lots of great places to eat, but get reservations during Balloon week. The petroglyph National Monument is fantastic! But go early it gets hot quick."

"This property is in an excellent location. You are right in Old Town, Petroglyph Monument is 20 minutes away as is the airport. The host was very helpful the day of our arrival when my phone had issues. There are a lot of thoughtful touches that we appreciated-good linens, tea and coffee, water cooler for hot and cold water. We would definitely stay here again!"
