"Our room was towards the back door (by the outside smoking area) because we had a dog. We heard every person enter and exit that door (and there were a lot of them), and our dog would not settle down because of the noise. The worst part was a group of 6 or 7 teenagers playing “bottle toss” on the picnic table outside our window for hours untill 1:00am when we finally called the front desk to have them disbursed. It wasn’t even a weekend. The parking lot is entirely gated in and it doesn’t feel like a very safe place. Signs everywhere warning about leaving anything of value in your car, etc. Honestly, the worst sleep and experience in a hotel in a long time. "

"The hotel is nicely maintained. Kimberly checked us in and was very friendly. The room was clean and no issues with our stay. It would be nice to have a luggage cart as the parking is off to one side of the hotel and we had to make several trips. Walking trails nearby and very close to old town. "

"So many things that we appreciate about this home and our visit to ABQ - a thoughtful host, beautifully decorated, clean, comfortable beds and sitting areas, spacious both indoor and outdoor spaces, well equipped kitchen & bathrooms, in home laundry, a two car garage, prime location near Old Town, markets, main roads, and so much more. The icing on the cake is really the host who communicated thoughtfully both through text and a sweet card that welcomed our stay. Thank you, Alyce!"

"We slept great! We needed a place to stay and we like quiet and privacy. We enjoyed the backyard, very comfortable and clean outdoor sofa. We needed some groceries and the supermarket is literally around the corner."
