You can tell they care about the property because they are constantly fixing and updating everything. Our family has been coming here forever and it’s our home base in SF. Love the garden and the rooftop area at every season. "

"Always a hot egg dish & a meat. Apples, oranges, sliced breads, bagels, mini muffins, apple & oranfe juice. Fresh coffee. The thing is at 9:30 everything is taken away, so get there earlier!"

"Have stayed here before, and we like the location. Free parking is definitely a plus. When checking in, the credit card must have a chip, which was an easy fix for us but may not be for others. The room was clean and quiet but lacking table space. There is more than enough room to add a small table (We stayed in room 338). As eating in bed is not our thing, the writing desk sits directly under the TV, in an odd place for a meal in the room. I called for extra pillows after a knee injury for elevation and was told they didn't have any, even though the sign said to call for extra towels, blankets, etc. Also, the ice machine was empty 3 of the 4 times we attempted to use it. My partner loved the bed; I found it to be too squishy this time compared to last. Good location, quiet and clean, but could use a bit more attention to amenities. "
