"We chose this property for its location and it certainly delivered on easy access to Eden Park and Kingsland rail station. The Off street parking and the kitchenette were an advantage too. Property a little dated but clean. Gave us an affordable mini break in Auckland. Friendly manager. "

"This room was super quiet considering how close it is to the freeway, as long as the patio door was closed. Everything was like new, bed was very comfortable. We just parked on the side of the building otherwise you are charged for parking. Shower only has partial glass divider with the rest of the bathroom so very difficult not to get the floor wet. Not too many options for restaurants in the area, hotel restaurant could use a few more options for dinner."

"The host was very friendly and helpful, and the room was clean, cute and as described in the advertisement. It was particularly nice to have fancy condiments like balsamic vinegar provided, especially the hosts' special chili sauce! Very convenient for Western Springs Park. "

"Overall clean. Towels were old and one had a hole in it. No wifi, no TV connection in 2026 is just not tolerable. The fan that was provided was very dirty, the dust was so caked on my attempt to remove it failed. The checkin email was clear and concise but its tone was a little threatening regarding take out all the trash and leave the place exactly as you found it or be charged a cleaning fee, which is a broad statement implying that anything left untidy will result in the fee. This statement is unreasonable and any expectation that one shall make the bed and clean everything defeats the point of booking, although I did clean and literally leave it better than i found it. I would only book this location again if these improvements were made. "
