Rooms are spacious, bed does split in the middle when you’re laying on it or do any big movement, though is super comfy. Blinds are not black out, you still see light coming through the middle gap or sides. The common areas are really nice. Staff are welcoming and free parking available on the road right outside hotel if you’re not wanting to pay for parking.
Room cleanliness was excellent and staff were very courteous, pleasant and polite. Location is also very convenient close to the motorway, food joints, groceries etc.
This room was super quiet considering how close it is to the freeway, as long as the patio door was closed. Everything was like new, bed was very comfortable. We just parked on the side of the building otherwise you are charged for parking. Shower only has partial glass divider with the rest of the bathroom so very difficult not to get the floor wet. Not too many options for restaurants in the area, hotel restaurant could use a few more options for dinner.
I had a great experience. The room was extremely clean and tidy, which made the stay feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. I booked the spa suite, and it was everything I hoped for very intimate, private, and perfect for relaxing.
The suite was also surprisingly spacious, giving plenty of room to unwind without feeling crowded. highly recommend and will return again.
Excellent place to stay handy to Mt Albert / Roskill and close to many services. Rooms are comfy and the food in the restaurant is something to be tried. Would recommend and stay here again.
