"Not quite at a 5 Star level. The rooms are basic, with basic amenities, cleanliness was good, the rooms were tired. Where the property lacks is made up by the staff from the Bell Boys to the Reception, the customer service was excellent. "

"The staff is very friendly. The room was very clean. We did the breakfast buffet and it was really delicious and had a lot of options to choose from. We arrived very early in the morning and the staff brought our suitcases to a secure room till our room was ready. The room was available earlier than announced. We also had dinner in the hotwl restaurant and it was very good."
