"Great historic building with updated rooms. You can feel the history of this Old Timey building on the Main Street in Del Norte. Location is great, lots of food options right at your door or within a few minute walk. The room is simple, clean and fulfills all your needs. "Their were coins left on the night stand, telling me that this place had not been cleaned too well. Our neighboring unit connected to our wall was a bunch of younger people and they were up all night. I literally mean all night, never went to bed and played music and talked and yelled all night. I sent vacasa a text asking to send someone to help them adhere to the quiet hours of 10-8 and they did nothing. Our one night away was spent getting no sleep at all, very disappointed!"

"We were taken back by how to find the apartment and the 23 steep steps that lead to the apartment. We were able to handle it but many people would need a warning. The apartment was great, the bed was comfortable, the kitchen was functional but I really needed a bedside table and chairs for the counter that had backs. We are older and needed more accommodations for elderly."

"Got in around 6pm and had a warm welcome from Kevin, the owner. Very pleasant setting and very quiet. We stayed in a family cabin with bunk bed for kids. Their room got very toasty overnight with the heat set around 70F because we had their door closed.
