"This is a spectacular property. Our room was large, comfortable, cozy and there were lots of extras. A balcony overlooking the Matterhorn, a large breakfast included with American items like scrambled eggs, waffles, cut up fresh fruit, a nicely stocked mini bar, coffee machine in room, various glasses and mugs, water bottle. A sauna and fitness room. Plus, Zermatt is a fun village with lots of shopping and restaurants. The owner and employees are kind and helpful. A++ rating. "

Our only complaint would be the need to update their showers, the shower is a handheld shower and the small glass pain over the tub is unable to retain the water. "We were on the top floor and the last floor up does not have a lift. I was grumpy about it at first but our view of the Matterhorn was so spectacular that it was worth the inconvenience. Only complaint I have is their check in was 3pm and the reception desk wasn't staffed until the. So there was no getting in our room early but we were able to store our luggage. "
