"At this point I don’t understand how some one can use Expedia or anything that Expedia offers, by far the worse experience ever, I had to go to other hotel in the very first day, and the worse part of these is they did not refund my money. Expedia and this hotel are very terrible!!!!!!"

"Overall I liked it. Close to the better beach attractions, but old fashioned in service. Needs to upgrade to more modern service, kitchen supplies (coffee maker, toaster, blender, etc.) TVs, and better pools maintenance,. Very good in price. Staff very friendly. In a scale 1 to 10, I give them a 7."

"Lovely hideaway in Caleta. Beautifully renovated design hotel with the 50s vibe. Amazing tropical views. Great pool side restaurant. Convenient connection with Acapulco downtown. We had a great time starting the 2020 here :) The staff helped us to arrange a private driver/tour guide to show around Acapulco. Many thanks for having us and hope to be back :)"
