Comfortable beds which we have not found in any other hotel we have stayed! Clean, complimentary coffee etc. We stay in preston several times a year as our daughter is at university, and normally stay in the travellodge which was rather grim. So pleased we have found this hotel. Literally in the centre of town, car park across the street. Staff were happy and so polite. Hopefully, it'll be available when we next go to preston. "
