"A lovely hotel with great facilities and excellent location next to the University and stones throw from the City of Lancaster. What stood out for us was the staff. The customer service was of the highest quality and we were made to feel extremely welcome. We highly recommend this high quality hotel."

"I stayed here last week for 1 night and it was amazing from start to finish. I received suck a personal and friendly welcome from Noel on the security gate, then received a lovely tour, prosecco in hand, from Mark. All the team members where lovely but I forgot to ask their names. I stayed in room 138 and I have to come back, the bed was so comfy ( where are the pillows from??) and the hot tub with that view.....heaven. I had room service which was yummy, a cocktail in the bar, used the spa and then the brekkie in the morning was yum. I cannot wait to come back, thank you all so much x"
