"The front desk staff is wonderful! Housekeeping was great the first round, the second was very sloppy. We had to have them come back and deliver, towels, soap, glasses, dump trash, etc. The restaurant is “ok” not great. Happy hour is reasonable but limited. The location is perfect and feels safe! Good value!"

"Location is great, close to downtown/ chinatown/ferry building. Staff was friendly and helpful. The floors are mostly carpeted and halls are dimly lit. The lobby is small but nice. We were on the 7th floor but could still hear some traffic from the street. We could also hear the neighbors opening/closing their doors and people talking in the hallways. In addition the HVAC system works well but was noisy. The bathroom was small but the shower smaller. The shower is so narrow that you can hardly put your elbows out. Recommend taking advantage of the coffee/tea and wine hours. Also highly recommend using the White House Garage for parking a block up. It was well lit, clean and has loud music playing. The lanes are a bit narrow but if you have a smaller car, no problem. The parking here is about half the price as at the hotel. "

"This hotel does not give you a luxury 5 star feel. When asked why our door dash order could not be brought up by room service, front desk staff claimed hotel does not provide this as it is a 4 star. This is wrongly listed as 5 star. Breakfast was overly priced for cold buffet"

"The restroom door handle was broken and we were not able to close and lock the door. Same for toilet paper handle. WiFi works only first day. "

"Ac is okay, pillow was given 3, but rather soft. Overall good location, good and decent hotel, but whenever nearby room door is closed, the air will make a loud sound to my door too. So when chambermaid is cleaning up rooms around mine, it will be endless slamming sound on my door too. "
