"Just came back from a family trip. Stayed there with my husband and 3 kids. I loved this hotel. Polanco is a great neighborhood to stay in. Walking distance from shops and restaurants. Very safe upscale neighborhood. If you are taking the turibus, on of their stops is pretty much in front of the hotel across a little park. The staff were very nice and accommodating. The hotel was very clean. My older children enjoyed the gym and my son who does varsity swim for high school enjoyed the pool....
