"What a find! This place is a treasure in Coyoacán . It’s clean, it’s spacious, it’s easy to walk everywhere, staff were great . It was a short stay but I would definitely return. "
"Disgusting!
I could not have gotten in without help of another guest
No bathroom tissue, lumpy bed, horrible shower
NO hot water!! Smoke detector beeped all night
I will never book with you again
Thank God I found another place to stay "

"I was attending an event at the nearby theatre, so I decided to stay here. It’s a very nice hotel, with big rooms, comfy beds, nice breakfast buffet, and great staff. I had room service a couple times, because the nearby restaurants were closed in the late evening, and the food was good and service very convenient.
The hotel is not in a touristy area (it seems to be more offices and businesses), which I think was nice, but it also means those areas are about 40 minutes away. There is a bus stop a block away, which I utilized, but rideshare is also an option and pickup is easy.
There are convenience stores and restaurants within walking distance, and the neighborhood is nice to walk around."
"One of the most UNIQUE and wonderful experiences thanks to every employee I had contact with. The restaurant and bar employees went above ans beyond ensuring we were well taken care of."
