"The hotel was very nice with harbor views. The hotel staff was amazingly friendly. Service was great. Some of the things I felt a little annoyed with included calling room service to pick up the dining cart after we were finished eating in room service and three times they never picked it up but waited 3 to 4 hours for someone to finally come. The bed was hard pressed and not comfortable. The room was definitely outdated could use a pick me up."

"I never rate properties but I had to for this hotel. Service was possibly the best I’ve ever experienced. Staff anticipated your every need and everything was done swiftly and with a smile. "For the price, the quality should be much, much higher at this hotel. We had problems from the minute we arrived in our bungalow. The shower was stuck on one lukewarm temperature and couldn't be adjusted. No minibar, but there was a refrigerator to keep our water and other drinks cold. However, it was broken too.
