"This was our second visit to L’Horizon, we went to celebrate my birthday and stayed for 6 nights. From the moment we arrived and until the checkout we felt welcomed and very well taken care of. "We previously attempted to communicate directly with the property manager about our concerns, but didn’t receive any response. Below are the issues we experienced:
During check-in, issues with the front door lock and access code after traveling 14+ hours and it being 100+ degrees outside (poor communication);
Garbage left in guest bedroom dresser (McDonald’s cup with liquid);
All nightstands dusty and dirty;
Hand soap, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner bottles empty or nearly empty in guest...
