Comfy beds, though pillows could be softer given Hungary is famous for goose down! Great recommendations from the concierge who was consistently helpful, contributed a lot to our enjoyment of Budapest. Good value for money."

"Beautiful interior. Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable beds. Close to the main sights and gorgeous views. Concierge booked our reservation at the skybar which was gorgeous as well. Gym had everything you’d need to do a small workout. Sauna was fantastic and had a shower to rinse off right there instead of having to go back to your room. Highly recommend this hotel."

"The W is a beautiful hotel right across the street from the Opera house. It is in a cool historic building but the rooms have every modern luxury. The design of the hotel is very nice with some local touches. The restaurant was great and we also enjoyed the pool area downstairs that was much nicer than the bath houses we visited! "Great place to stay. The rooms were quiet with everything you need. Close walking distance from the train station to get anywhere in the city and country quickly. My only issue was I never received an email with the check in instructions. So was delayed about 40 mins getting into the room while talking to customer service on the phone. There is no local staff. So make sure you get the email or call them before arriving. "
