There was one guy at the desk checking in a group of 30+ people. I was waiting for >45 minutes, multiple other staff members were there but they never opened another kiosk. The hotel and staff are great. However, the rooftop bar wasn’t open (not advertised) the breakfast was ironically really limited and poor and no kettle etc in the room, which would have been nice. Good location, given the price (tram stop across the room) and some great bars/ facilities close by as it’s on the outskirts. Great find.
