"Avoid if you can. The staff member at night is awful. On checkout a member of the night team tried to argue with me that I hadn't paid the local tax. He was rude, this is even though I paid on check in. This is the same member of staff who would not move me to another room due to a faulty toilet making constant noise and splashing. The sink needed unblocking too. Also, there is a club nearby that pumps music until the early morning making it impossible to sleep. The bar they advertise is on the reception desk. As well as a need for competent polite staff, i'd say they need to be a lot more helpful and informative for their guests, they expect you to know the local area yourself! Finally, towels did not look very clean, fortunately I brought my own. Would never stay there again."
