"Very welcoming environment,the staff were great,it was a pleasure to return to our very stylish hotel and room at the end of the day.Nice balcony to sit and relax.
Tram stop was 10 minute walk away which connected to metro,etc.

"We really enjoyed our stay at the Verno House. The lobby was beautiful, the staff friendly and professional. The room was clean and the bathroom was gorgeous. Great location with plenty of nice restaurants right down the block. To summarize; Perfect stay, don't hesitate to book the Verno House. "

Room was perfect (corner suite with terrace) comfortable and exceptionally clean, lovely toiletries, good stock of coffee, tea, water etc. The team very friendly and so very helpful and breakfasts were fabulous. Excellent location in a quieter area but within walking distance of all sights. Would highly recommend this hotel."

"Staff were welcoming & new all about Budapest. In fact I was lucky as I left my keys behind & the staff contacted me to tell me. 20 minutes walk from a lot of the sites & if you don't like walking plenty of cheap transport. Enjoyed the breakfast to. Thanks for a nice stay"
"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The staff was friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. I especially appreciated the quiet atmosphere and the attention to detail in both the service and the design of the hotel. The location was also great—close to restaurants, shops, and public transport. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!"
"Everything except only the parking wasn't excellent. The marked spaces are way to narrow for the rather wide (SUV) cars. Finally, I learned about the garage with wide slots, for extra money, but worth the peace of mind.
Expedia made a horrible mistake, when confirmed my reservation. Added beside my name, whole Credit card number, the security code too. I had to get a new card number.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at this hotel—it exceeded our expectations in every way. The rooms were incredibly spacious and thoughtfully designed, with a number of unexpected touches that made our stay extra comfortable. For example, the in-room washing machine was a fantastic surprise and came in handy, even though it wasn’t listed in the amenities.
The breakfast was outstanding—truly one of the best I’ve ever encountered. The variety and quality of options were exceptional, and it was clear a lot of care goes into creating such a generous spread.
What really made our stay unforgettable, though, was the access to the executive lounge. The gentleman who managed the lounge was warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make us feel like VIPs. His hospitality was unmatched and genuinely elevated our experience.
If I had one small suggestion, it would be to consider updating the mattresses in the near future. They weren’t bad, but a refresh might enhance the overall comfort.
We would absolutely stay here again and wholeheartedly recommend it to others looking for a top-tier experience."
