"This is the BEST hotel in Seoul. The hospitality is like none other that we have experienced before. Better than Josun Palace with hospitality. The decor flowed with purpose through the hotel into your suite. It wasn’t overly done with every surface, feature. It presented calm and serenity. Love that our suite was above the clouds. We would just watch the clouds go by each day and night. Staff… if any hotel could have the quality of Signiel, they would be a success from the doormen to the room...

"The hotel is lovely, right by the metro station and within walking distance of great shops (department stores and street shopping) as well as Namsan park. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable and all the staff were friendly and helpful. "

"I wrongly arrived at the Grand Intercontinental but the staff there was so nice (I believe there are lots of travellers arrived wrongly as well). The staff booked me a taxi and give me a free ride to the correct hotel which is just 200 metres away. Staff and hotel is nice to stay as it is very close to COEX."

"Even though it is a ways from the downtown area, the adjacent Express Bus Terminal provided huge benefits to access 3 subway lines which would take anywhere you chose. The hotel itself was outstanding and a real bargain for the room rates offered. The morning breakfast buffet was a welcome start to each day and the staff go out of their way to please you. Highly recommended "

"This is a wonderful hotel. Rooms are great. Excellent facilities - the pool and gym had amazing views. Room was extremely comfortable. The ground floor entrance hall is very basic, small, and you are greeted by the hotel staff (bell service, help with elevators, taxis, etc). You then take the elevator up to the top floor to check in at the small true lobby, which is attached to a very nice cafe room and lounge where you can sit and have tea or food. Then you have to take another elevator back...
