"The hotel is one of the few that can accommodate a family of 4 in a family room. Very grateful for that. It is quiet and away from the buzz of Myeongdong but still within walking distance. Buses are just outside the hotel and there are restaurants and cafes nearby. A good place to stay in. "

"The property is very clean and well run. The staff is especially friendly and helpful. The hotel is also located conveniently close to a subway stop and within walking distance of the Coex mall. The rooms could be considered small compared to U.S. standards, but was perfect for our party of two. Would definitely stay here again the next time we are in the area. "

"Check in/out process is a breeze. Staff was polite and respond quickly to requests. Our room has a great view of Seoul tower which was great. Hotel location is great, just steps from the airport limousine bus stop. Left a 4 star for cleanliness and condition because I noticed some stains (looks like coffee stains from previous guests that weren’t wiped off for a few days) and we didn’t like the lifts which were decorated in black theme. But these are minor and definitely would recommend."

"Rooms are clean with free water. Due to significant construction around the area (COEX) i would avoid this hotel until the construction is over. I don't recommend at this moment, due to noise and bad traffic. No convenient store within the hotel even though COEX is just cross the street. "

"The property was okay, there was good water pressure in the bathroom. But the room decor was a bit old and dated, the bed was hard and uncomfortable, and the buffet at breakfast and lunch did not have many options. "
