"The cleaning staff was exceptional. I was on the 14th floor and I frequently had my do not disturb on since I stayed 9 days and didn’t need the room cleaned every day however the ladies were always so nice to offer me water and towels and restock my minibar. I appreciated their kindness everyday!!!! They made me feel very welcome and cared about. They did a great job!!! "
