What an amazing hotel. The staff were really lovely and catered to our needs. Always polite and opened doors for us when we were coming and going from the hotel. Room service was lovely. And managed to also use spa facilities which was as an incredible experience. Will definitely be booking another stay here when I visit South Korea again.

Such a wonderful hotel and the facilities and staff was so great. There is a 7-11 just across for late night snacks and a CU mart at the basement. We enjoyed the stay and were very comfortable for a week stay.

We loved the property and the staff, everyone was extremely kind and accommodating! The only thing I would note is that that main pool is an additional charge even for hotel guests! Something to keep in mind if the pool is a selling point for you! Overall we had a wonderful stay!

Mondrian Hotel, a jewel in Itaewon. Very friendly staff, nice big indoor pool (also for kids) and nice atmosphere especially in the lobby with music and nice interior. You can walk to lively Itaewon for more restaurants and shops. A few bus lines pass close to the hotel, which make it convenient to for example to Seoul Station and airports ( by changing once into airport railroad). Thank you to all the staff, making our stay rememberable.

A beautiful luxury hotel in every sense. The facilities really offer a lot of diverse options for dining, relaxation & convenience. From the warm welcome at the front desk to the kindness of the security team, the staff made me feel valued and cared for. The hotel is stunning modern, artistic, and full of vibrant energy. My room was spotless, comfortable, and filled with thoughtful touches. Dining at Cleo and relaxing in the lounge spaces made each day feel special. The location in Itaewon is perfect close to everything, yet peaceful. What stood out most was the atmosphere of true hospitality. This wasn’t just a stay it felt like home. You can't use the outdoor pool you need to pay like 50000 won if you want to use it. I complained about it and they get me 2 passes for my daughter and I to use them. I only booked that hotel for the outdoors pool to be honest. Very far from the metro station in Itaewon. *Walked like easy 4 or 5 blocks to get to the Hotel. The employees were the best, very attentive, willing to help, English speakers.

Great hotel

The hotel itself is amazing, and in a great location close to many restaurants and coffee shops ((including a Starbucks that opens at 7am (rare!)). The hotel could use a suitable desk and chair for those that intend to work during their stay, but otherwise the place is a great hotel.
