Secrets The Vine Cancun - Adults Only - All Inclusive

8/10 Good

"Property was great, the staff was exceptional. The only reason I gave a good instead of excellent was because we are newlyweds and went to celebrate our anniversary. I’m not sure if it was for that reason but upon check in they sat us down with someone who wanted to give us a coupon book to be used towards dinner, excursions, or spa services. I wanted a romantic dinner for my partner and I so she told us about a dinner at one of the restaurants lagoon facing at sunset very romantic but we had to sign up for a breakfast which would be held at a different resort it would include a presentation which at the time I didn’t know what that meant. So we agreed and sat through a presentation to become a Hyatt rewards member. That was a 2 and a half hour morning on our last day. Be aware what your signing up for in turn for a lobster dinner. One other thing I would like to mention is the room in the photo was not the room we were given. Our room overlooked the 12th floor restaurant which played music till 11pm and anytime we were on our balcony it just felt like we were not alone. It diminished the feeling of serene."

8/10 Good

"This place was a great time for a first time stay at cancun! Staff was awesome and super fun. The rooms were really nice. I’ve only stayed at one other all inclusive resort in another country (dominican republic) and I felt as though this resort was better only because we had upgraded to serenity. You had two additional restaurants; one called the vista which had the best tacos ever (very authentic) and you also had access to two private pools (three pools total in the resort. Otherwise the resort is small. I was a bit underwhelmed by the buffet, it felt small and not so many options. I felt surprised by how little authentic mexican options there were in the buffet! The spa was really nice and i enjoyed the water circuit hydrotherapy. This place is more a laid back relaxation place. It’s not really upbeat and “party” place. Overall nice but I think I’ll explore other places for my next visit to cancun!"
