"We had a great stay very nice, safe and clean"

"The rooms aren’t carpeted and when we walked in there were some obvious blobs of food stains on the flooring, feeling like they hadn’t been mopped well between stays. No amenities like coffee, Netflix, etc. and shower/bath was old and cracked and didn’t drain well. Great location, comfy beds, house keeping came daily while we were out and restocked towels, made beds. Walk next door to grand centrals food court rather than get hotel breakfast. "

"Arrived while multiple huge conferences were going on. The front doors were closed for entry and exit the entire time we were there and the elevators rarely worked due to the amount of people using them. Had to walk up and down the stairs to the 15th floor multiple times. "

"Everything was perfect. All the staff members were professional and prompt. It was clean and smelled amazing. The location can’t be beat. In walking distance to all your needs. You can literally see time square from your room. "

"The Paramount at Times Square is hands-down the best hotel I have been to in NYC. The lobby is genuinely gorgeous, and the rooms are quaint. The rooms are on the smaller end (this is NYC after all), but it does not feel like they are small. They are laid out strategically to feel spacious, and the amenities offered are excellent.
