"it was a good trip just really disappointed they double charged us and the lady at reception didn’t want to help at all"

"Staff was very helpful"

"Room was clean and updated and hotel was beautiful! it was not too far from our event at the NOS center so the drive was easy. Lots of food options near by. We didnt use any amenities like the gym but good to know they had it."
