"Call before you book your stay to make sure they don't have any weddings or other events,they restrict your access to the bottom floors ,they also put my husband and I in a lower floored room where we could hear all the noise and music from the weddings,until 12am, I was very unhappy with this choice of room that we were given,we were not here for the wedding, we had traveled all day ,we wanted to rest our first night so we could enjoy our plans for the rest of the weekend, when I complained...

When reading the reviews prior to booking it seemed like the property was renovated, but that was not the case for us. We were put on the third floor adjacent to the Cleveland Clinic Sleep Clinic. Had I known I was paying to essentially to stay at a hospital I would not have booked. The room looked like it had not been renovated in at least 20 years. Dated, with ripped wallpaper and rugs, dirt on the doors...

"This is a wedding venue mostly but they do make rooms available to guests during the week and off peak periods. The entrance to the property threw me as it was behind the parking lot of a defunct closed strip mall and at first, I wasn’t sure the approach was taking me to the right place.. when you arrive and park, there is a 24/7 lobby that is not staffed, there I found a basket with an envelope and my name on it which contained a passcode to the common area and my room. I was the only one...

"Dee was great! She's a top-notch, Paris-trained chef and she made the most wonderful breakfasts for us. And on the day we left, we had to leave before breakfast was normally served, so she made us a "to-go" breakfast before we left that was delicious!
