"I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The room was much smaller than expected, making it uncomfortable for a longer stay. In addition, the housekeeping service was below standard. The staff seemed to focus only on cleaning the bathroom, while the rest of the room was often left untouched and not properly cleaned.
Overall, the room size and poor housekeeping significantly affected my experience, and I do not feel that the hotel met the standards I expected."
"This hotel was the perfect location. The Broadway show Hamilton was playing right across the street! Turn the corner and you are in the middle of Time Square. The subway was up a block & the Hop On Hop Off was 1 1/2 blocks away. We had an incredible time during the day & returned to a clean, quiet, comfortable room every night."
"The hotel has an excellent location, spacious rooms, friendly staff, and fast elevators. Housekeeping was also good.
However, the rooms are outdated, the furniture and bathrooms need renovation, the carpet had an unpleasant smell, and the lighting was poor. There was also some minor noise.
Considering the high price, the overall experience was disappointing. I definitely wouldn’t stay here again."
"We had two terrific nights at the Lexington. It is a charming and clean older hotel that has smallish rooms but up to date bathrooms and comfy beds. The lobby is charming and makes reference to the movie stars and jazz singers who stayed there in the past century. It's a great location near Grand Central Station and transit, with yummy food options nearby. Staff were friendly and helpful. Will definitely return!"
