"This was a very enjoyable stay for my wife and I. Only thing that came up was we went to the roof top bar, while the bartenders were very nice and accommodating the service staff (not sure who was who) never came over to take an order that we were looking to get a bite to eat. "

"Our room was good and we did enjoy our stay in the end, however check in was very frustrating. I am handicapped and had to stand for 20 minutes while the employee checked in the person in front of me. When it was my turn, she couldn’t get me checked in. I had booked months ago and received an email saying I could do contactless check in and get a room key. When I went to do that, it told me I had to check in at the front desk anyway… Very inconvenient for a handicap person. It took a half hour...

"This place exceeded our expectations and was perfect for our weekend getaway from the convenient location, to the cleanliness and aesthetically pleasing decor. The check-in process was a breeze. Only issue is elevator was out of service during our stay but not a big deal. We’ve already rebooked for our next visit to the city. "
