The room and the whole facility were very clean and well-maintained. I was expecting a budget hotel experience, but I was surprised in the best possible way."

"I love staying at Drury. Check-in took a little bit, but the staff was being personable in their interactions (which was appreciated). Harvey checked us in quickly and found us a room. Unfortunately, it smelled like smoke. We went back downstairs, and Harvey was so quick to apologize and get us moved to a new space. We are really grateful for their customer service. Dinner/Kickback and breakfast were both great. New room was clean, bed was comfortable and everything was as expected. We travel to this area frequently and would absolutely stay here again."

"The property was maintained and clean enough, but the staff, particularly the front desk people were disinterested in their job. Every time I went to the front desk the staff member was on their cell phone texting or playing a game. I had to address them after standing there for a long moment to get their attention. When I finally got their attention they seemed perturbed at having to set their phone aside and talk to me. I asked for someone to look at the tv in my room as it was not working, after 3 nights staying there it still remained inoperable. I was part of a group that had a car show there and had spent a great deal of money with them. While there several guest vehicles were broken into, the security cameras were not in operation and the front desk staff didn’t seem concerned that anything had happened. My group had form our own security patrol to ensure the safety of all the vehicles in the hotel’s parking lot. While many things with our stay were adequate, the lack of attention and concern by the management was severely lacking."
