Overall a decent hotel in a good location, close to downtown things. Not overly walkable though considering its proximity to freeways. Our room was clean enough. The pool was fine. The breakfast was mid, but it’s free. I’d stay here again if I came back to Cincinnati

Staff were fantastic. Little maintenance things would have made everything excellent. Our tv remote did not work even after someone came to look at it, the bathroom door handle was broken, and the AC was extremely lacking in one of our rooms.

This was our second stay at this SpringHill Suites. Everything was very clean and comfortable and staff was friendly. The continental breakfast was excellent for most of my family, but gluten free options were lacking. (I have celiac disease, and was able only to eat yogurt for breakfast) so some prepackaged gluten free items like muffins would be nice additions.

The property was nice with excellent staff. It was very clean. Breakfast was great and the area was well stocked. Gym was great. We did spend time on the pool as well. Pool was a little cloudy but towels were clean and warm.
