"This is a wonderful hotel but was very disappointed with the staff on check in. We arrived after 2pm, check in was 2pm, and the room wasn't ready. We sat in the foyer for almost an hour then when I approached the Duty Manager he me told the room had been ready for awhile. Clearly they hadn't noted that I was sitting in the foyer with a person in a wheelchair and approached us to say that the room was ready. Secondly in order to eat at the in-house restaurant we were made to go out in the cold...

"The suite was wonderful! We had a washer and dryer in our room! Trying to travel light for a month means bringing fewer clothes, and needing to do laundry more often. We really enjoyed having this amenity. Breakfast was fabulous: lots of fruit, cold, and hot choices. The reception staff, and restaurant staff, were friendly. It was easy to walk around the CBD. We would stay here again."

"The Spa was great. Good linen on the bed, but a bit soft for me. TV selection was abysmal. Nice wee kitchen with lovely coffee and nice biscuits. Clean, quiet, good parking and convenient to restaurants. All in all, pretty good value."

"Across street from Botanical garden. Friendly staff. Parking is accessible. Kitchenette. Clean, well equipped bathroom. Bed was acceptable for an innerspring mattress. Overall a pleasant stay."

"The staff were amazingly helpful. The property itself is a bit old. The room was next to the road and it was very loud even for us that do not mind the noise. Also the window didnt have the curtain and there was no way you could cover, except we used the bath mat otherwise the light was so bright whole night. "
