Stay was good — the rooms are nice and well equipped, and the hotel is very conveniently located. However the reception staff tried to upsell us to a bigger room for a 2-night stay, which I thought was unnecessary. Staff also forgot to charge the balance at check-in, and when I eventually realised, we were out of cell/wifi service and unable to action anything. Staff threatened to call the police which feels like a huge overreaction and a surefire way to turn us off ever returning!

This is a very upmarket modern Hotel with kitchen facilities. The staff are just like family very friendly, helpful and interested in how and what you are going to see and do for the with ideas to help. The rooms are more than and far exceeds more exceptions.
