"Outstanding service and amenities"

"Beautiful, the in room onsen was amazing and the room was awesome. Great staff. Great location. Wish I could stay for longer- perfect to break up the hustle and bustle of the big cities. Make sure you arrive early- all of the attractions close around 5 pm, which I didn’t realize, but the staff stored my luggage while I went to explore on check out day. The only thing that wasn’t amazing was dinner, but I didn’t go for one of the higher priced wagyu steaks. Otherwise , a perfect stay."

"One of the most beautiful hotels that we stayed at right over the train station. The Onsen was one of the most amazing things. It’s on the roof of the hotel on the 14th floor and you overlook the city and on a clear day. You can see mount Fuji while you’re sitting in the water."

"The highlight of this property is undoubtedly the spectacular view of Mount Fuji. Waking up to that scenery was unforgettable. I also loved the private onsen in our room overlooking the lake, which was a wonderful way to relax while enjoying the surroundings. The apartment was spacious and well-equipped, with a washer-dryer, dishwasher, and a large balcony that was perfect for enjoying meals while taking in the views.
