"Was a wonderful stay only problem we had was with the key card it took my wife nearly 10 minutes to get in our room and another time luckily a member of staff was around as we was struggling to get in our room. The staff was amazing nothing was to much trouble for them."

"Stort hotell nära järnvägsstationen. Stora och rymliga rum. Traditionell engelsk frukost. Restaurangen serverade även lunch och middag. Rätt långt gångavstånd till de mysiga hamnkvarteren men nära det nya och sevärda muséet The Box."

"Very impressed with the accommodation, was expecting a family room but we were provided with an appartment that was spacious and comfortable for our short stay. Also did not realise the reasonable cost included access to the spa and pool which were fantastic. The spa had lots to do including 2 saunas, 2 steam rooms, various cold shower settings and a caribean storm shower?! We were also pleasently surprised by the gym which was well kitted out and felt new. The staff were all very friendly...

"Good sized comfortable room. Could be a little cleaner in the bathroom and beginning to look a little tired around the bedrooms. Great swimming pool and spa facilities. Convenient for visiting Cotehele, Crocadon Farm and elsewhere in east Cornwall."

"We had a lovely stay. We stayed in a beach view accessible room as my wife was in crutches we hoped this would make the stay more comfortable. The room was lovely but we did notice a few things that would have made it difficult for a wheelchair user (peddle bin in the bathroom, shower gels etc. on the far bathroom wall to the shower). The gin is a lovely welcome gift, but note you’ll need to buy tonic from the bar or mini bar. "
