The staff and facilities were the highlight of an excellent family stay. The apartment was comfortable, well set up, spacious and clean. Swimming every day after a hearty breakfast. Everyone working there were friendly, super helpful and made us all feel very welcome. Looking forward to coming back soon

Absolutely loved our apartment and our stay here! Loved all this! 5⭐️s Unfortunately, there was some heavy rain during our stay that caused a lot of leaks inside the main building and caused the outdoor cafe & kids area to close (unexpectedly, without warning)! Apparently this happens a lot when it rains heavily- we adjusted during our wonderful stay, so it didn’t impact us … but this does need to be addressed for anyone visiting with a young family - sorry! 5 ⭐️s from a 2 adult, no kids stay though … totally! 👍👏

A Few Things That Could Be IMPROVED I would like to warn future guests who are planning to use the swimming pool and spa facilities about something that we found very inconvenient during our stay. There is no direct indoor access connecting the accommodation (the apartments) to the swimming pool and spa area. Bathrobes are not provided either. This meant that every time we wanted to use the pool or spa, we had to get dressed, walk there in our clothes, change, and then carry dry clothes with us to get back to our apartment. Having to go through this process every time was a major inconvenience. In my opinion, this should be the hotel's top priority for improvement. Providing bathrobes would make a huge difference to the guest experience. Another thing worth mentioning is that the water was not as warm as you would expect from a heated swimming pool. On the positive side, although the spa area is relatively small, it offers quite a lot of facilities. The rooms and apartments are exceptionally clean, and I was genuinely impressed by the cleanliness and attention to detail. Overall, there are some great things about this property, but I strongly believe that providing bathrobes for all guests should be one of the first improvements the hotel makes.

The Spa was superb - one of the best we’ve ever used. The distance between the car park and property was ok but for some people it may be a struggle depending on how much luggage they have + whether their apartment is on an upper floor ( no lifts ).
