"Cleanliness, kindness, and location are great"

"Beautiful room, loved the fireplace, the bathroom and the valet option. The restaurant on site is wonderful."

"Staff was friendly and helpful. Best place to stay by Cleveland Clinic."

"We love staying here when we come to Cleveland."

"Great place in a great location. Really enjoyed staying at a place that felt like home for a week long business trip. My evenings felt more relaxed than having to eat out and no room to rest other than a bed. Highly recommend this place for extended stays."

"Great location and communication."

"Dee was great! She's a top-notch, Paris-trained chef and she made the most wonderful breakfasts for us. And on the day we left, we had to leave before breakfast was normally served, so she made us a "to-go" breakfast before we left that was delicious! Thanks so much, Dee, for your wonderful hospitality!!!"

"The hotel in terms of service is very bad as well as the air conditioning does not work in the room to the side of me to carry luggage that entry and exit of the hotel is not recommended to stay in this hotel"
