"Clean and spacious room. The only issue was the slow elevator system (had to wait in line almost every time), and our room on the 24th had a wall unit AC that we could not easily control (had to stand on the bed to reach the controls)."

"I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The room was much smaller than expected, making it uncomfortable for a longer stay. In addition, the housekeeping service was below standard. The staff seemed to focus only on cleaning the bathroom, while the rest of the room was often left untouched and not properly cleaned. Overall, the room size and poor housekeeping significantly affected my experience, and I do not feel that the hotel met the standards I expected."

"Staff was very responsive and helpful"

"Fantastic location for a reasonable price! I would definitely stay here again."

"The hotel was fine, the staff was helpful and friendly, the only thing I didn't like was the aroma of the scent they pumped into the lobby - it smelled like cheap men's cologne."

"The hotel is pretty well maintained and we felt safe during our stay."

"We loved our stay. For being as busy as it was it never felt overly crowded. Our only issue was my friend developing an infection in her piercing from sleeping on the hotel sheets. This grossed us out pretty thoroughly… the hotel and room did not appear unclean at all so this was a surprise"

"Great hotel. Nice lounge in 26th floor. Convenient location. Great room."
