"We had an interesting start with our check-in. First we were given the wrong car park, so back to reception to rectify. Then we were directed to the wrong room, again back to reception to rectify. Once in the correct room it was good - as per website. Unfortunately this room faced onto a very busy main road so noisy 24/7. Staff very kindly offered to move us to a quieter room which was great of them to do. At first our expectations weren’t met but staff went out of their way to rectify things for us which is greatly appreciated. I would stay again but knowing to ask for a room away from the busy road."

"Excellent centrally located accommodation. Although in the city, our room was quiet. Room clean and well maintained. Receptionist was welcoming and helpful with sorting our parking. Second time I’ve used the Chamberson and would definitely use and recommend them again."
