General painting outside.After a day out,returned to room 327 ,room had not been touched,the Manager Vickey made the bed,changed the towels and refilled tea and coffee,well done her."
"The staff were friendly and welcoming, the rooms spacious and clean, quiet and comfortable. The driving range was convenient, staffed by helpful and funny people. padel was also very quick to get to. It was easy going and relaxed. OK, the weather was great and that’s the icing on the cake."
"Overall we had a lovely stay, niggly problem like over head light not working, noise from car park etc. The staff were courteous and helpful. Being a city centre position it was excellent for walking to the city centre etc. The wharf well worth a visit."
"Large clean room with sofa bed and a double bed. Small fridge and hairdryer. Large bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Shower floods bathroom everytime due to not having a door/screen to floor meaning you have to use 3 towels on floor to stop this, bad design in my opinion. Breakfast was your normal buffet restaurant, nit a lot of gluten free options avaliable, asked for some gluten free bread and was handed one small slice. Hotel close to beach, and town so great location. Not enough parking...
"The price was very reasonable for a 4 star property but it certainly did not feel 4 star as the property was very tired and in need of a refresh and update. Also disappointing that the wifi did not reach our room. However the staff were attentive and friendly and the location perfect for the seafront"
"Really nice stay - welcomed in arrival and given our keys. Lovely family room overlooking the sea front. Clean and tidy throughout. Parking allocated out the back which was really handy.
Only tiny issue was our pup wasn’t checked in, which caused a slight issue at breakfast as we had to go in the bar area but soon sorted out and had a lovely breakfast.
Would love to return at some point"
