"Unfortunately, our experience at this particular Fairmont fell short of our expectations. We had booked a room for the night, but after a disappointing few hours, we decided to leave after dinner. We won't be returning anytime soon."

"We were thrilled to be able to check in early 10am to be exact BUT the room didn’t have the best views. The front desk set the expectations and we were fine with it. To get to check in early was a bonus. The next morning when we had to shower, there was NO WATER pressure and it was like camping with drips coming out of the shower head. We also noticed the toilet wasn’t flushing correctly. All in all, happy with checking in early but the shower and toilet need attention. Room 346 in the main...

"Location was great, it’s a quick walk to the water and has lots in walking distance! Rooms were awesome, super clean, functional, and updated! Lots of underground parking too. If your checking in with a car Google Maps brings you to the front and you have to go around back to the alley way to find the entrance, which is a bit confusing! But overall would definitely recommend!!"

"Overall had a great stay for 4 nights. Quiet ocean view king bed room. Spacious Room was modern and clean and had everything you needed. Bidet seat on toilet. Robes, sandals provided for outdoor heated pool and hot tub. Helpful staff. Luggage storage available. Restaurant, Preston’s, on site was also great! Would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay again. Walking distance to most things. One block off the waterfront. Take the Canada line train from airport right to waterfront-20 min....

"Perfect spot for access to everything. The staff were lovely. The room was a bit unclean, definitely needed to be vacuumed as there were almonds on the floor from the previous guest. Breakfast was provided but lack lustre. Bikes for use which was handy. Funky decor and comfy beds. Overall lovely time."
