"Nice hotel great location super nice staff but the hotel is a little outdated needs some remodeling. Like our room had the old bathtub with curtains in the shower and it was a kind of tall so my mom couldn’t get in to the tub to take a shower. Overall experience was good but for that reason I don’t think we will go back again."

"The biggest flaw is the check in time of the hotel, you cannot check in until 4pm, and when we tried to check in we were told the rooms weren't ready and we would be notified when. We ended up waiting in the lobby and didn't get a message until 425 to check in. Other than that the stay was lovely, beds great, rooms clean and the location great"

"This is a lovely hotel with an awesome location on the waterfront in Lonsdale Quay. Modern room, spotlessly clean, well thought out design, quiet with a comfortable bed. Lovely quality linens and in room amenities. Safe, secure and convenient parking garage with elevator access to hotel. "The hotel is well-located in downtown and was relatively cheap given alternatives. The bar pictured in the profile doesn’t seem to exist anymore and has become an Irish pub, which is very loud on Fridays and Saturdays. Avoid the first floor rooms as a result as you’ll be hearing very bad karaoke all night."
