"Call before you book your stay to make sure they don't have any weddings or other events,they restrict your access to the bottom floors ,they also put my husband and I in a lower floored room where we could hear all the noise and music from the weddings,until 12am, I was very unhappy with this choice of room that we were given,we were not here for the wedding, we had traveled all day ,we wanted to rest our first night so we could enjoy our plans for the rest of the weekend, when I complained...

"The staff at this property was attentive and nice. The property left a lot to be desired. When reading the reviews prior to booking it seemed like the property was renovated, but that was not the case for us. We were put on the third floor adjacent to the Cleveland Clinic Sleep Clinic. Had I known I was paying to essentially to stay at a hospital I would not have booked. The room looked like it had not been renovated in at least 20 years. Dated, with ripped wallpaper and rugs, dirt on the doors...

"I stayed here on a road trip from Wisconsin to Maryland, it was the perfect restoration for a long day of driving with another long day of driving ahead of me. From when I got there till the moment I left, I felt very supported, helped, and invited by each staff member I worked with. Whether it was someone making a dinner recommendation, the concierge helping me bring my bags in with my dog, the valet being very understanding about my need to unload and the time it would take, to my checkout...
