"Too many minor issues with our room such as a broken shower head, carpet tacks sticking out of carpet, two single beds joined together but advertised as a extra large double bed, broken phone and kettle etc, reduced the enjoyment of our stay. I would not stay here again"

"The deluxe double room was big, comfortable and clean. The corridors, room and lift seemed like they were new. A good shower with plenty of hot water and good water pressure. Excellent location for the Skyline Gondola and zip wire etc - just walking distance. But need to drive into the centre of Rotorua. Parking was no problem because there's a bottle store and dairy next door and which have parking when parking at the hotel was full."

Laundry is available on site for just $4 a load, and there’s a great bike wash area too. The amazing mineral pools and outdoor pool are real highlights, along with a BBQ and compost bin. "The room was a great setup for a family with a separate kids room away from the main living area and bedroom. Kitchen was well equipped. YouTube on the tv was helpful with the kids. Bathroom spotless and nice tub. Alpacas, a sheep and bunnies were on the property and the owner gives you food you can hand feed them. Great playground and grassy area for kids to play on. Really friendly and helpful owner!"
